It was a long spring and summer repairing the old deck. We removed headliners and all the deck hardware. Removing the old teak deck was quite a job. The best tool was 10lbs electric demolition hammer with wide tile tool well sharpened, We then filled on screw holes with West epoxy, and then a layer of unidirection glass. Four coats BASF urethane primer, four coats BASF top coat and 2 coats gloss. Rebuilt and reinstalled all the hardware. We then layed out lines for the nonskid. I used Kiwigrip. and I recommend the product. We started the project in April and launched the boat the first of Octber!
