Dear Lars,

Thank you very much. I think the size is very clear now. I read a lot in the forum and the suggested english, german en danish tests about propeller. Maybe you have from your experiences in idea which suits my requirements the best.

- Suitable size (known now, 15 x 8)
- Fast sailing
- Better manouvring capabilities. Less propwalk en better backwards sailing
- Minimal vibrations
- Durable material

Ik consider the three blade Maxprop and the three-blade Gori. and maybe the Kiwi-prop.

Your opinion is very welcome.

Kind regards and thnx again Lars!

Dear Jolling

If you choose a Max-Prop the pitch is adjusted in steps of one or two degrees, and it is necessary to know what degree corresponds to 8.4".  With 15" diameter 16 degrees is very close.

Pls note that the 3-blade Gori automatically goes into overdrive, and then you have the same situation as now, with the engine not reaching full rpm.

For best efficiency the recommendation is to choose Flexofold.
Kind regards

Lars

Hi dear Swan lovers,

Finally removed my old prop. Think everything is fine to place the new one. It will be the flex-o-fold, three blade.

Merry Christmass!

Installed the new prop and new propshaft and cutlass bearing! Installed the shaft without removing the engine!
