Stainless track is available from Harken, but is incredibly expensive. When I fitted a short length of track for a jib stay. I got a machine shop to make the 1m length from solid stainless bar. This was a lot cheaper than Harken!
Dear Paul
You can also use rectangular stainless bar 32 x 6 mm (or a thickness that suits your cars) without machining, but the holes need to be drilled. Then put a base of hard plastic, for example G-plate under it. Would suggest that this is how the original tracks are made, although G-plate was not available then.
Pls note that the deck may be of sandwich construction in the planned area. You must not bolt the tracks through the cored area without taking the bolt compression in some way, or alternatively remove the core.
Kind regards
Lars
