Old reading lights

Can anybody provide replacement for old reading (berth) lights or give infos about where to get? Nautor has no spares anymore. See picture. Boat is S&S Swan 37.

Dear Tarok

No picture appended, but it is assumed you refer to the flip lid reading lights.
They were made by Hella long ago, and used on many yachts, but suddenly they were not available any more. The reason was that the tooling for makíng them had broken down, and the factory decided not to renew.
If you are very lucky you may find old ones for sale, otherwise you may consider something similar, pls look here
