Removing quadrant

Hi All! 

I need to remove a quadrant for changing rudder shaft, but bolts are tighly jammed inside. Nuts opens easily but removing bolt is the hard part. Any ideas for this?

Dear Jere,

did you try to heat it up? It usually works 99% of the times, you must be very careful of course because of the quadrant position, but I think it will work.
