Swan 44: Engine bay dimensions

Hello good fellows,

I am contemplating installing a new engine in Four Winds. I am looking at the Beta Marine from the UK. The foundations are quite wide apart compared to the Volvo Penta I have in at the moment.

Are there any of you who have a section drawing or know the dimensions of the engine bay in a Swan 44?

Thank you very much in anticipation.

Dear Björn

The original engine bay was made for the Perkins 4.108. The transverse distance between the flexible mounts was 458 mm, longitudinal 561 mm, oil pan bottom 222 mm below center of crankshaft, and the aft mounts at a higher level than the forward pair.
Kind regards
Lars

Dear Lars,

This is good news! There should be a good chance to fit in a Beta Marine 50.

Thank you for your quick response!
