Liferaft for Swan 47

Another question:  someone can suggest me a model of liferaft to be been able to lodge in a peak of the cockpit which is in the left side of the wheel of the rudder looking toward  the bow.

The liferafts I found are bigger than the space I have  (Eurovinil, Zodiac, Arimar etc..)

Someone knows if does exist a liferaft with these dimensions)

if you have an Italian flag you have to buy a liferaft approved by Italian gov., and they are all too big to fit inside this locker.

Unless (perhaps) you buy a small liferaft for 4 people, but in this case you won't be allowed to sail with more than four people (cruising or racing), so, not sure it will be OK for you

Hi Francesco,

We use a Waypoint 4 Man Liferaft in a valise which fits in the cockpit locker. I am not familiar with Italian requirements, but the Liferaft meets Cat 1 Offshore requirements and we use it in conjunction with others depending on crew numbers.
