one of the peculiarity of Sparkman&Stephens designed Swan is the Nautor's Swan Builder Plaque, which is anodized aluminum* until circa 1972, and bronze later on.
As you may have noticed we begun uploading the photo of the builder's plaque on our website, each boat has its plaque on her page (this is of course for the Owners who sent the image), and we would like to put online as much plaques as possible.
So, I am inviting Members to send to the S&S Swan Association address (ms@classicswan.org) a high definition photo of their Builder's Plaque. When you take the picture, please stay right in front of it, if possible don't shot the photo in diagonal.

* if your Plaque is missing (a few old owner took it as a souvenir when sold the boat...) and want to replace it please contact us, with Nautor permission we produced a limited number of anodized aluminum plaques which are now available.
