Mizzen staysail deck tack Good morning all. I am going to start a complete refit of Swan 57/37 Bianca di Navarra, teack deck included. She is ketch rigged I will be very pleased to have the indication of the correct point to install the mizzen staysail tack(s) on the deck, as I do not see any evidence on the existing deck nor on the drawing of the sail plan. All advices will be very appreciated. All the best Camillo |

Dear Camillo The toerail has been used for the attachment, and the position is near the aft lower shroud, the sailpan gives an indication. A dedicated fitting could be installed if you prefer that Kind regards Lars |

Dear Camillo Pls go to the page below and look at the sail plan at the bottom, it shows the luff of the mizzen staysail. The attachment should be as far to windward as possible, i.e. on the toe rail. Kind regards Lars https://classicswan.org/swan_57.php |
