Swan 43 deck dimensions

Dear Friends,

Years ago, I removed two teak deck overlays, one dessicated and one sturated, plugged the holes with thickened epoxy, and am now finally thinking about a new deck, possibly synthetic teak.  Do you know the total deck square footage so I can calculate cost?

A related question:  with so many holes, do I need to lay glass on top of the existing deck, before a new teak or synthetic teak or possibly even a painted deck is completed?

Dear Chris,

unfortunately I am lacking 43 teack deck area, 431 is 29 sq. m. so 43 should be close to this area, maybe slighly more.

I would definetly glass it before laid the new synthetic deck.
