Single owner since 1981, constantly updated and personnaly maintained with love.

Location Saint Raphaël, Santa Lucia south basin.(France). French flag.

ACCOMODATION

Nautor teak satin varnished interior, constantly maintained in good condition, with excellent ventilation through three deck Dorade vents, and efficient air circulation.

                  Original upholstery in all cabins  all lights converted to LEDs.

                  Rear cabin with 2 single berths, hanging locker, and improved storage under berths.

Galley to port with fridge (recent, improved ventilation), original ENO 3 burner gas stove and oven, very large storage, drawers, drinking water filtre. Fully equipped.

Hot and cold water, with foot pump or pressurized.  220 V water heater.

Head compartment : Wash basin and shower, two cupbooads with mirrors, hanging locker, original Baby Blake toilet (complete refit 2017), stainless steel black water tank # 80 l with level indicator, (2010), grey water tank 52l, electric pumps, valves all new or in excellent condition.  (through hull replaced 2023).

Nav station : chart table wit maps under, book storage, and large space for instruments, drawers.

Electrical panel : updated with service battery monitor, fuel level indicator. 

Main cabin with two settees and folding table, large storage under two upper berths.

Two hanging lockers, and front cabin with original pipecots, and very large storage under, for sails, dingy, exct.

HULL

Above water : painted Oyster white by Awlgrip, with standard Nautor Swan blues stripes (Awlgrip Marlin blue). 

Under water : full osmosis treatment with epoxy International Gelshield by SMN at Port Grimaud 2008-2009.

Rudder : original with skeg, complete check 2009.

Four Blake bronze Blake seakocks (the two large ones are new).

RIG AND SAILS (Tall rig, single set of spreaders)

Type of rig : sloop.

Original Nautor mast, boom, spinnaker poles, and jockey pole. Boom modified for slab reefing. Reiforced mast foot.

All winches original by Lewmar (4x40 two speeds for halyards, 1x16 for mainsail sheet, 2x45 three speeds for spinnaker sheets, 2x8 for reefing), but for the genoa sheets : Harken 56 two speed, self tailing : 2001. 

Dyneema main sail halyard (2022) with original Lewmar furling winch.

Standing rigging replaced 2011 with complete mast refit.

Backstay tensioner : mechanical by Harken.

Furling gear for headsail by Wichard/Profurl, drum replaced 2016.

Removable Dyneema headstay for jib with Wichard mechanical tensioner. 10 mm Stainless steel version available.

Mainsail : Quantum la Trinité (France) 2007 (Mylar, taffetas, Pentex). Lazy bag 2020.

150% furling genoa by Quantum la Trinité 2007 (Mylar, taffetas, Pentex).

130% furling genoa  by Technique Voiles La Trinité 2014 (Hydranet)

Heavy duty high aspect ratio jib (solent) by Elvström, with a reef.

Storm Jib

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL

Engine Perkins 4108, 40 ch, fresh water cooling : replaced 2000, injection pump replaced 2010, heat exchangers overhauled 2017.  Today : 1367 h running time.

Borg Warner gear box (original but complete check 2000). 

Dry exhaust modified with sacrificial anodes, and flexible metal piping

Three blade Max Prop propeller.

High output 90 Amp alternator with Mastervolt three step charging regulator.

Three 100 Ah service batteries, and one 100 Ah engine battery, diode separator. 

Shore battery charger Charger Master 3x50 A. (2020)

Mastervolt service battery monitor.

All lighting equipment converted to LED.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT

                  Suunto main compass

                  Chart plotter : Lorentz X7 with independant GPS.

                  AIS : ICOM MA 500 TR with independant GPS and screen

                  VHF Radio : NAVICOM RT 550 DSC/ASN

                  SONY radio receiver

RAYMARINE I 60 wind speed and direction, depth sounder, loch I 50, chart table repeater I70 (2014)

                  NKE hydraulic autopilot.

DECK GEAR

                  Teak deck (replaced 2003, storage under cover from october to may) 

                  Genoa sheet winches Harken 56 ST two speed, others original Lewmar.          

Front hatch : modified to « drop down » to make it totally waterproof.

Vertical Lewmar 1000 W anchor windlass, with waterproofing cover, and with 60m of 10 mm galvanised chain.

Main anchor : 20 kg Spade. 

Other anchors : 20 kg FOB flat anchor, aluminium 7 kg Spade for rear anchorage.

Improved chain locker below.
