Swan 411 Hull #042 Hierro - year : 1980 - hull colour :White

 

Hull number 042, the last 411 built launched June 1980. UK part 1 Registered. Current IRC rating certificate.

We have owned Hierro since 2009 and maintained her to a high standard, with regular upgrades, whilst retaining the original Sparkman & Stephens heritage. She has been wintered ashore since 2010.Examples of some of the upgrades include.-

Engine replacement with Beta 50, together with new shaft, PSS seal and Flexfold folding propeller.

Raymarine wind instruments, and Nmea 2000 networked Plotter and Autopilot, Emtrak AIS transceiver

Upgraded winch installation with Barlow, Lewmar and Andersen self tailers.

Good wardrobe of racing and cruising sails Upgraded 3 spreader rig with rod standing rigging and mostly Dyneema halyards. Reckmann R3 furler and Lewmar Hydraulic backstay tensioner.

Interior joinery and furnishings to a high standard. Original Nautor Owners Manual with plans, drawings and wiring diagrams together with Owners manuals for all systems onboard. 

Hierro is currently in commission in North Wales UK
