Swan 37 is a classic Nautor-built yacht designed by Sparkman & Stephens, admired wherever she sails for her timeless lines and exceptional quality. Renowned for her outstanding seaworthiness, she is also one of the most successful Swan models ever built in terms of racing achievements. The history of this particular yacht is well documented. She is now offered for sale by her third owner, who has cared for her meticulously for the past 30 years. Throughout this time, she has been regularly upgraded and has always been winter-stored in a heated indoor facility. Swan 37 is a classic displacement yacht that moves comfortably and confidently through heavy seas. She is at her best in moderate to strong winds, pointing high and performing beautifully to windward. Her sail inventory includes a furling 150% genoa (2020), a fully battened mainsail (2006) and two spinnakers. The engine (Yanmar 3YM30AE, 29 hp, 2017) and the onboard electronics have been updated.
