Acrylic window
Hello all,
I hope you had a great Christmas and new year!!
We are going to replace the windows in chanchullo shortly. I know we need 8mm acrylic from the forum here. I emailed swan and they said that the original windows we're smoke finish. The ones we have now look like they were clear when new but now are opaque.
The big question now is to use clear or smoke/tinted for the windows? We have had good arguments for both, personally I am leaning towards the smoke/tinted.
Also we will replace the acrylic on the front hatch. Originally this was 12mm, we sadly only have 10mm available. I'm thinking this would be fine especially as in the short future we may change the wooden hatch for a aluminium one. Any thoughts?
Cheers
Fletch

Consider replacing your windows with toughened glass. A better long term solution.
