Heads sink and surround
Has anyone tried painting the GRP gelcoat in the heads? (Swan 41). This really looks tired now, and lets down the rest of the interior. I would also get rid of the ?glass holders? as these are always full of dirty water. An alternative would be a replacement stainless basin, however this would have to be specially made, and very difficult to get a quality result

There are several alternatives:
- Polish the gelcoat provided thick enough
- Paint with Awlgrip or similar
- Put in new wash basin with Corian top

I agree with the professor's advice. We Awlgripped ours on the 47 and the result was very good and durable. Gavin

Thanks to all, my awlegrip paint expert says he can spray the GRP inside the heads compartment!
