Swan 44 replacement exhaust

My exhaust system has just experienced a failure. It is the original design duplicated many years ago. I'm wondering if anybody has done this replacement & if so, how they did it.

Good morning, Matteo,

Thank you for the quick response & link. I will definitely share it with my mechanic. The existing system was installed in the early 1990s shortly after we purchased Infidel & performed flawlessly until yesterday. Thankfully my mechanic had just completed routine engine service so he was doing final checks when it happened.
