Dear Niels,

you just anticipated my message, thanks a lot!!!

Yes, finally it is possible again!

As Nautor stopped years ago to sell drawings to the S&S Swan owners and give assistance/help (unless you go to their yards and spend what they ask for a maintenance that ...oh gosh, no comment!), that was a problem for us.

Now Mystic is available to sell drawings to whoever asks, and therefore Olin and Rod Stephens legacy is respected!

I am so happy!

Unfortunately, the prices are very high, and it's difficult to know the quality of what you are buying before spending the money.

Dear Sweyn,

I think the price should be USD 80, is it correct? which drawings are you looking for, which are not on our archive?

They have about 40 documents for the Swan 44, but It's impossibly to know from the list which would be worth getting, and its impossible to know whether the quality would be worth the effort.

Dear Sweyn,

as far as I remember, when I used to visit the archive in NYC (last century gosh!), the drawings were in very good condition; concerning the drawings you need, this is of course up to you.

I am sure you can ask Rachel if a certain drawing is or is not in good condition.

I've worked with Rachel at Mystic Seaport for some of my 431 drawings. It was a pleasure to work with her and everything conveyed promptly. Cost assessment is a function of benefit detived. For me the cost was not expensive.  Kendall

Dear Kendall,

happy you 've been satisfied working with Rachel, we just did a big project together, and she, as all the people at the Mystic Seaport Museum, was of great help!

Fair winds!
