Swan 43' coachhouse window upgrades?

Question to all, anyone that has owned or does own a Swan 43 (my boat is Zeeogel, 1971 Swan 43 hull #49) - has anyone upgraded the 4 coachhouse windows to a stainless steel framed custom window? 

I've replaced the window glass a few times over the 30 years I've owned the boat but I'm now experiencing water finding its way through the white framing and damaging the teak interior wall veneer? 

I'm just looking for a more updated approach or maybe someone has a better way to keep the window plates more waterproof?
