New rudder for Swan 38?

Does anyone know where I might acquire a new rudder? Mine is in basd shape, and rather than have a complete rebuild I was wondering if anyone makes these anymore?

rudders (as everything onboard our Swan) were made in house, and moulds have been thrown away, you can use yours to build a mould and have then the new one made. Very easy (probably not so cheap).

What is the problem with yours? Please don't be worried if there is water inside, all our rudders are more or less impregnated with water.
