Recommendation for boatyard in Helsinki

Hi All

unfortunately, it looks like we need to have Kairos hauled out for an inspection of the keel/hull and the rig after a grounding off the Estonian coast earlier today.

The crew is well and en route to Helsinki now - would anyone have a recommendation for a boatyard in Helsinki, please? (Ideally) with a travellift or similar to hoist Kairos' 23 tons, with the mast stepped...

I would suggest to be in contact with Jouko Lindgren Oy, a boat yard in Hernesaari, downtown Helsinki.

Thank you very much - we did contact the Lindgren boatyard, unfortunately, Kairos was to heavy for them. They did, however, recommend Quattro Marine in Tolkkinen, 29 nautical miles Northeast from Helsinki.

The Quattro Marine team was super helpful and very experienced with classic Swans, the crew reported. They slipped Kairos and did a report for our insurers Pantaenius yesterday morning i.e. with 24h notice and offered to work over the weekend if required. Luckily, nothing structural was found, only some cosmetic damage on the keel, which we can and will address in the Winter.

We seem to be able to confirm that - as Matteo so nicely put it - "classic Swans are harder than most rocks" and that he "feels sorry for the poor rock" ... ;-)

Can thoroughly recommend the Quattro Marine team, they can handle vessels up to 60 tons. Kairos' draft of approximately 2.85m just about cleared the ground when being hauled out but this might be addressable by adjusting the slip vehicle.
