Vintage Lewmar Spares

I am currently working on a complete Rigg Refit on board Swan 65/036 and would like to know if anybody can help me source selftailer tops for my ancient Lewmar Wiches, mainly size 48 and 55. These are Alluminum parts and mine have coroded badly.

Thanks for any help, Tino

Hello Tino,
the owners of a Swan 651 told me about their problems with coroded tops of old selftailing Lewmar Winches.
Here in Germany, they found somebody , who is able to build new selftailing tops, made of stainless steel.
But they did not tell me anything about the costs :-(
So far as I know , it was not a cheap deal.
If you want, I ask for the name of this company and you can contact for an offer.
Best regards Jan-Holgar

Jan Holgar,

you mentioned a company which can produce components for vintage Lewmar products.

I am interested in the contact.

regards,

Jan
