Transat Classique Dear all, Swans in the Transat Classique 2011 ? The second edition of the Transat Classique has opened a new class for Classic Swan boats of Stephens design. Yvon - Will you be doing this event? Both legs? Where do you keep your boat? I am going to try and make my life fit this regatta, but it will be a big thing, first sail out of the Great Lakes, then to Europe, then do the pieces of the Classique, then home, so - but what else could be better? I am starting into serious planning now and hope to do it. How much time will you allow, going home, etc, Do you find it hard getting good, committed crew for such long trips? (I have good sailing friends, but do not know if any of them will take what will come to months of time altogether - anyway, would be happy to hear your experiences, etc. Thanks, Geoff Corazon 411 #41
