Hi Enzo
There is an excellent article in the January edition of Yachting monthly explaining in detail what you need. I have just bought all the gear and plan to try it out this weekend. I bought a second hand Cruising Chute in good condition

Enzo:

I have a 411, but the idea is the same. My boat came with an unused gennaker (North) with a sock dousing system. I always resisted the sock on my symmetrical on my former boat, because I thought it wasn't 'pure', but I have to say, it works great to set and to douse the gennaker. I never flew such an easy sail - and in very light winds, it can give a great boost. As for gybing, etc. I think that's common sense and leg work to get it around, or with the sock, it's so easy to douse, carry it over, and re-hoist for that matter. I takes seconds, not even minutes.

Best of Luck and Fair Winds,

Geoff

Hi Tom,

Could you send a copy my way? stormsvale@me.com
I have a North G2 asym and love it. I also have the stuffer which makes life easy in comparison to a normal spinnaker. We fly it with a crew of 4.. daughter 10, son 8 and my wife. It would be tough to fly a normal spinnaker but possible.

Thanks in advance

Mike
